Do You Think A Nebulizer Is The Most Effective For Diffusing Essential Oils

I use a mister and I like it but thinking of getting a nebulizer (which are generally expensive). I think soapstone oil burners just don't work. I put in some water and add the oil but still the aroma is weak (even that of lavendar !)
